Day 1: Arrival in Entebbe – Welcome, Cultural Immersion & Rest
Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport (EBB), you’ll be warmly welcomed by your Zuula Africa representative and transferred to your hotel in Kampala. After settling in and freshening up from your flight, you’ll visit the Zuula Africa Offices at Thobani Centre, Jinja Road, for a personal welcome and an inspiring orientation on our youth empowerment and education projects.
In the evening, enjoy a lively and colorful performance at the Ndere Cultural Centre, showcasing Uganda’s diverse cultural heritage through music, dance, and storytelling—a vibrant introduction to the spirit of Uganda.

Day 2: Zuula Africa Outreach Experience – Community Engagement in Kampala
After breakfast, you’ll be introduced to the heart of Zuula Africa’s mission. You’ll visit the Zuula Africa Offices at Thobani Centre, Jinja Road, where you’ll receive an inspiring orientation on our community work, particularly in youth empowerment, education, and sustainable development.
In the afternoon, you’ll actively participate in one of Zuula’s outreach activities—this could be at a youth skills center or a local school initiative. Engage with local youth, share stories, learn about their aspirations, and see firsthand how your travel contributes to meaningful impact.
Day 3: Relaxation & Rejuvenation at the Source of the Nile – Jinja
Today is a chance to unwind and enjoy Uganda’s natural beauty. After a hearty breakfast, depart for Jinja—the adventure capital of East Africa—located on the shores of Lake Victoria at the source of the Nile (approx. 2.5–3 hrs drive).
Upon arrival, check into your lodge overlooking the Nile and spend the day at your leisure. You may choose to take a boat cruise to the exact point where the Nile begins its journey, enjoy serene views, or simply relax at your lodge. For those seeking soft adventure, optional activities such as quad biking, horseback riding, or kayaking can be arranged.

Day 4: Scenic Drive to Bwindi – Into the Heart of Gorilla Country
After breakfast, begin your scenic journey southwest to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park (approx. 8–10 hours). The drive takes you through rolling hills, tea plantations, and cultural landscapes, with a stop at the Equator line for photos and refreshments.
Arrive in the Buhoma sector of Bwindi in the evening and settle into your forest lodge. Enjoy a quiet evening surrounded by the lush wilderness of one of Africa’s most ancient rainforests.
Day 5: Gorilla Trekking – The Ultimate Wildlife Encounter
Today marks the highlight of your safari. After an early breakfast, head to the park headquarters for a comprehensive briefing by UWA rangers. You’ll then embark on your unforgettable gorilla trekking experience.
Trek through thick forest and steep terrain for the rare chance to spend an hour in the presence of a mountain gorilla family. Watch in awe as they interact, feed, and play—an emotional and humbling experience that connects you deeply with nature.
Day 6: Forest Healing or Local Discovery – Your Choice

Day 7: Return to Kampala or Entebbe – Journey’s End
After breakfast, begin your journey back to Kampala or directly to Entebbe for your outbound flight. Along the way, enjoy scenic views, a farewell lunch, and reflect on a journey that was not only adventurous but also impactful.
